Refund & returns policy
Heavy-duty parts are expensive to get wrong, so our policy is written to be plain. If anything here is unclear before you order, call us and ask.
Return window
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue a return authorisation — parcels sent back without one can't be matched to your order.
Refund timing
Once the part arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the same method you paid with within 5 business days. Bitcoin refunds are sent in BTC at the market rate on the day of the refund.
Restocking and shipping
Standard returns carry no restocking fee. Special-order and sourced-to-request parts may carry up to 15%, disclosed before you pay. Return shipping is on the buyer unless the part was mis-shipped or faulty.
Wrong or damaged parts
If we send the wrong part or it arrives damaged, we cover return shipping and either replace it or refund in full. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file the carrier claim.
Core charges
Remanufactured units may include a core charge. Send the old unit back within 30 days, drained and in its original crate, and the core amount is refunded in full.
Warranty claims
Warranty terms are listed on each part page. Claims need the order number, installation date and mileage or hours. Labour, downtime and consequential costs are not covered.
Non-returnable items
Electrical components once installed, opened fluids and chemicals, cut or modified parts, and clearance items marked final sale can't be returned.
